<br />replacing Arend R. Haack by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee dated Much 19, 2002, and filed for
<br />record on April 1, 2002, as Instrument No. 0200203483 of the Miscellaneous Records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska. Wells Fargo Bank Nebraska, National Association, f /k /a The Overland
<br />National Bank of Grand Island, Grantor, in consideration of the sum of Thirty -three Thousand
<br />Pour Hundred Ninety -One and 76/100 Dollars ($33,491.76) and other good and valuable
<br />consideration received from WELLS FARGO BANK NEBRASKA, NATIONAL
<br />ASSOCIATION (hereinafter revered to as "Grantee" where appropriate), the following - described
<br />real property in Hall County, Nebraska, to wit:

<br />ADDITION, City of brand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />to have and to hold the above - described premises together with all tenements, hcreditamcnts and
<br />appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the Grantee and to Grantee's successors mid assigns forever.
<br />Grantor does hereby covenant with Grantee and Grantee's successors and assigns:
<br />I . That David M. Thompson and Kathy L. Thompson, as Trustor, failed to pay to Beneficiary
<br />payments which were contractually due, and the Grantor, at the request of the Beneficiary,
<br />elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with interest thereon at once
<br />immediately due and payable.
<br />2. 'That a Notice of Default as required by § 76 -1006 was filed by Grantor on April 9, 2002, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200203830 of the Miscellaneous Records in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of I loll County, Nebraska. A copy of said Notice of Default was thereafter mailed to
<br />all parties entitled to notice, pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with § 76-
<br />1008, R.R.S. Nebraska..
<br />3. That the Trustor failed to cure the default referenced in the Notice of Default within 30 days
<br />after filing of the Notice of Default.
<br />4. That a Notice of Trustee's Sale was filed by Grantor on May 20, 2002, as Instrument No.
<br />0200205383 of the Miscellaneous Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska. A copy of said Notice of the time and place of the sale was thereafter
<br />mailed to all parties entitled to notice pursuant to said Decd of Frost and in compliance with
<br />§ 76 -1008, R.R.S. Nebraska.
