'That a Notice of Default as required by § 76 -1006 was filed by Grantor on April 9, 2002, as <br />Instrument No. 0200203830 of the Miscellaneous Records in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of I loll County, Nebraska. A copy of said Notice of Default was thereafter mailed to <br />all parties entitled to notice, pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with § 76- <br />1008, R.R.S. Nebraska.. <br />3. That the Trustor failed to cure the default referenced in the Notice of Default within 30 days <br />after filing of the Notice of Default. <br />4. That a Notice of Trustee's Sale was filed by Grantor on May 20, 2002, as Instrument No. <br />0200205383 of the Miscellaneous Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska. A copy of said Notice of the time and place of the sale was thereafter <br />mailed to all parties entitled to notice pursuant to said Decd of Frost and in compliance with <br />§ 76 -1008, R.R.S.
