SCHIMMER) AND KAREN J. <br />SCHIMMER, husband and wife, each in his and her own right and as <br />spouse of the other, herein called the Grantors, in consideration <br />of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), LOVE AND AFFECTION, received from <br />Grantees, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto ERIN <br />S. ROMANS AND TRACI M.
