<br />The undersigned, being the Trustee under a Trust Deed filed for record on
<br />September 1, 1999, in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Document No. 0099108751, executed by Monty Hadenfeldt and Ann Hadenfeldt,
<br />husband and wife, as Truster, in which The Equitable Building and Loan Association,
<br />FSB, is named as Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, is named as Trustee;
<br />and the Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of an obligation for which nature
<br />of such breach is the Truster's failure to make debt payments as they became due.
<br />You are hereby notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by said
<br />Trust Deed is accelerated as of July 16, 2002; be notified that because of such default
<br />the undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the
<br />obligations under the Trust Deed; the trust property affected is as follows:
<br />Lot Twenty (20) Amick Acres West Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
