EXHIBIT "A?, 200207462 A tract of land comprising a part of Lot Seven (7), and a part of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W '/2 NW' /4) all being in Section Twenty Eight (28), Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) west of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: First, to ascertain the point of beginning, start at the southwest comer of said West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W '/2 NW '/4); thence southerly, along and upon the west line of said Lot Seven (7), a distance of Seven Hundred Forty One and Two Tenths (741.2) feet; thence deflecting left 90 degrees 00'00" and running easterly, along and upon the south right of way line of Interstate 80, a distance of One hundred Sixty (160.0) feet; thence deflecting left 90 degrees 00' 00" and running northerly, along and upon said right of way line, and also being parallel with the west line of said Lot Seven (7), a distance of Seven Hundred Forty One and Two Tenths (7412) feet; thence deflecting right 27 degrees 20' 58" and running northeasterly along and upon said right of way line a distance of One Hundred Ninety Six and Seventy Five Hundredths (196.75) feet, thence deflecting right 43 degrees 42' 00" and running northeasterly along and upon said right of way line a distance of Four Hundred Thirty Seven and Twenty Four Hundredths (437.24) feet to the ACTUAL point of beginning; thence continuing along and upon the last described course, a distance of Six Hundred Eighty Five and Fifteen Hundredths (685.15) feet to a point on the east line of said West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W 1/2 NW 1/4); thence deflecting right 109 degrees 09' 20" and running southerly, along and upon the east line of said Lot Seven (7) and its prolongation, a distance of One Thousand Five Hundred Four and Forty Three Hundredths (1,504.43) feet to a point on the north bank of the Platte River; thence deflecting right 53 degrees 42'29" and running southwesterly, along and upon said north bank, a distance of Eight Hundred Two and Ninety Nine Hundredths (802.99) feet; thence deflecting right 126 degrees 17' 31" and running northerly parallel with the east line of said Lot Seven (7) and its prolongation, a distance of One Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Four and Nine Tenths (1,754.9) feet to the ACTUAL point of beginning and containing 24.214 acres, more or less.
