WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated August 21, 4001, executed by Rodney H Harders and
<br />Norma Jean Harders; Husband and Wife , as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska o
<br />is named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #0200108477 in
<br />the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 23rd day of August, 2001.
