LICENSE AGREEMENT CANCELLATION
<br />On March 18, 2002, a License Agreement by and between the CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a municipal corporation, and ST. MARY'S CHURCH, a corporation
<br />(Grand Island, Nebraska) was recorded with the Hall County Register of Deeds at Instrument
<br />No. 0200202961 against the following tracts of land:
<br />Block One Hundred (100), Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5),
<br />Six (6), Seven (7), and Eight (8), Railroad Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Such License Agreement was recorded erroneously against the above - described tracts of
<br />land, and is hereby declared null and void.
