Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust RONALD C SHULLAW AND N)RMA
<br />I SHULLAW_HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the
<br />beneficiary named therein, dated APRIL 8 2002 and recorded APRIL 19, 2002 in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 200204241has been
<br />paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Rcconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as 'I rustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
