TRUSTEE'S DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />WHEREAS, part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by <br />MICHAEL GALVAN AND MARILYN J GALVAN, HUSBAND AND WIFE <br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, dated DECEMBER 21, 1999 and recorded DECEMBER 22 <br />1999_ as Document # 0099112015, in the office of the HALL COT INTY REGISTER OF DEEDS IN HALL <br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of <br />Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the <br />beneficiary names therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant remise, release and <br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or <br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises: <br />LOT FOUR (4) GALVAN SECOND SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL <br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises, it being the <br />intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of Trust and that the rest of the land <br />described remain as heretofore. <br />Dated this 11 Li, day of o u t <br />STATE.
