<br />An Ordinance of the Village of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, pertaining to streets and
<br />alleys; to vacate portions of streets and alleys in Robinson's Addition to Cairo; to reserve
<br />easements; and to provide the effective date hereof.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
<br />THE VILLAGE OF CAIRO, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA:
<br />Section 1. That that portion of Alexandria Street located in Robinson's Addition to
<br />Cairo, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />All that part of Alexandria Street, lying north of the south line of Nebraska
<br />Street to the north line of said Robinson's Addition, excepting therefrom, that
<br />portion of said Alexandria Street, which was previously vacated by
<br />Ordinance No. 300, said vacated portion of Alexandria Street now being a
<br />part of Lot Fifteen (15), Centura Hills Subdivision,
<br />be and hereby is, vacated, reserving unto the Village of Cairo a permanent easement for the
<br />location, construction and maintenance of public utilities in, upon, overhead, underneath
<br />and though the above - described vacated Alexandria Street.
<br />Section 2. That that portion of Nebraska Street located in Robinson's Addition to
<br />Cairo, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />All that part of Nebraska Street, lying east of the west line of said Robinson's
<br />Addition to the west line of Alexandria Street,
<br />be and hereby is, vacated, reserving unto the Village of Cairo a permanent easement for the
<br />location, construction and maintenance of public utilities in, upon, overhead, underneath
