Adams, a single woman is <br />named Trustor; and Mountain West Financial, Inc. is named <br />Beneficiary; and First American Title Insurance Company is named <br />Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on <br />the trust therein expressed, the property above described to <br />secure, among other obligations, payment of a promissory note of <br />even date in the principal amount of $39,378.00 and interest <br />thereon according to the terms thereof; that the beneficial <br />interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned by Mountain West <br />Financial, Inc. to Fleet Mortgage by an Assignment dated June 2, <br />1999 and recorded on June 9, 1999 as Instrument No. 99- 105884 in <br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
