<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />Steffi A. Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State, Bar
<br />Association, 1308 Galvin Road South, Heritage Square, Bellevue,
<br />Sarpy County, Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee
<br />under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable
<br />consideration, hereby grants and conveys to THE SECRETARY OF
<br />HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, his successors and assigns, as
<br />Assignee, Grantee, Attn: Single Family Property Disposition Branch,
<br />c/o First Preston Foreclosure Specialists, 5040 Addison Circle,
<br />Suite 400, Addison, TX 75001, without any covenant or warranty,
<br />expressed or implied, all of the following described real estate:
<br />All of the Westerly 39 feet of the Easterly 44 feet of
<br />Lot 2, Block 33, in the Original Town, now City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated June 2, 1999, and recorded on June 9, 1999,
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Instrument No. 99- 105883 wherein Thelma M. Adams, a single woman is
<br />named Trustor; and Mountain West Financial, Inc. is named
<br />Beneficiary; and First American Title Insurance Company is named
<br />Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on
<br />the trust therein expressed, the property above described to
<br />secure, among other obligations, payment of a promissory note of
<br />even date in the principal amount of $39,378.00 and interest
<br />thereon according to the terms thereof; that the beneficial
<br />interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned by Mountain West
<br />Financial, Inc. to Fleet Mortgage by an Assignment dated June 2,
<br />1999 and recorded on June 9, 1999 as Instrument No. 99- 105884 in
<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. That
