VA is without the authority to approve or disapprove the <br />changes to the covenants and restrictions for Grand West, LLC. <br />VA guidelines for a "Planned Unit Development" (PUD) such as Grand West, LLC are <br />contained in Chapter 16 of VA Pamphlet 26 -7, Revised (Lender's Handbook), <br />specifically Page 16 -A -2. You may download a copy of the Lender's Handbook from <br />the following website- <br />http://www.homeloans.va.gov/handbook.htm <br />No prior VA approval of a PUD is required; however the PUD must meet both title (38 <br />CFR 36.4350) and lien- related (38 CFR 36.4351 and 4352) VA regulatory <br />requirements.
