SECOND AMENDMENT 200207260 TO DECLARATION The undersigned, being the owners of more than 66 2/3% of Lots Nine (9) through Twenty -three (23), both inclusive, in the Grand West Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, which land is subject to that certain Declaration dated January 11, 2001 and filed as Instrument Number 200100366 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as amended by First Amendment to Declaration dated November 13, 2001 and filed as Instrument No. 200200565 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby approve and adopt this Second Amendment to Declaration. 1. Property Subject to Declaration. That property subject to said Declaration as amended shall consist of Lots Fourteen (14) through Twenty -three (23), both inclusive, Grand West Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. Lots Nine (9) through Thirteen (13), both inclusive, Grand West Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, are no longer subject to or bound by the easements, restrictions, covenants and conditions of said declaration as amended. 2. Article VIII, Section 5 of said Declaration, as amended, is hereby deleted in its entirety.
