Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Todd D Morgan and Foe A Morgan
<br />HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL
<br />SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated December 13 2001 and recorded December 26 2001 in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of I1ALL County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 02001 13231 has been paid,
<br />and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Rmonveyance be executed and
<br />delivered'.
<br />NOW, I HEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, mniae,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following descri ed premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
