<br />County, Nebraska. Except a tract of land deed to the City of Grand Island
<br />Half( "County Nebraska described in Quit Claim deed recorded as Doc.No.83- 001607
<br />Grantor covenants with the Grantees that
<br />1. The premises are free and clear of any lien or encumbrance, other than
<br />easements, covenants, and restrictions of record;
<br />2. Grantor will defend said premises against the lawful claims and demands of
<br />all persons Qlaiming by, through or under Grantor;
<br />3. Grantor has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same.
