200207183 <br />(I) Notice of Changes <br />The Note holder will deliver or mall to me a notice of any changes in my interest rate and the amount <br />of my monthly payment before the effective date of any change. The notice will include iofortnstiou <br />required by Inv to be given to me and also the title and telephone number of a person who will answer any <br />question i may have regarding the notice. <br />B. TRANSFER OF 'I RE PROPERTY OR A BENEFICIAL IN fEREST IN BORROWER <br />Section 18 of the Security Instrument is amended to read m ftllows: <br />Transfer of the Property or a Beneficial Interest m Borrower. As used in (his Section <br />IS, "Interest in the Property" means any legal or bae9cial interest in the Property, including, <br />bra not limited lo, those beneficial interests transferred in a bond for dad, contract for deed, <br />nutriment sales conduct or escrow agreement, the intent of which is the transfer of title by <br />fIcarrowet at a future date to o purchaser . <br />If all or any part of the Property or any Interest in the Property is sold or transfure4 (or if <br />form not a natural person n and a beneficial interest in Borrower is sold or transferred) <br />without Lender's In lot writtenmnsent, Lendlu may require immediate payment in full of all <br />store soured by this Security Instrument. However, this option shall not be exercised by Lender <br />If such exoteric is prohibited by Applicable Law.
