<br />ASSIGNMENT OF NEBRASKA DEED OF TRUST AND SECURITY AGREEMENT
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: The Equitable Life Assurance Society of
<br />the United States, a New York corporation (whose principal office and mailing address is 1290
<br />Avenue of the Americas, New York, New York 10104), in consideration of $10.00 and other
<br />valuable consideration paid by U.S. Bank National Association as Custodian/Trustee (whose
<br />mailing address is Go Lend Lease Agri- Business, Inc., 12747 Olive Boulevard, Suite 350, P.O.
<br />Box 411995, St. Louis, Missouri 63141), the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does
<br />hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, and set over to U.S. Bank National Association as
<br />Custodianrrrustee, its successors and assigns, a certain mortgage, deed of trust, security
<br />deed, act of mortgage, trust deed or similar instrument ( "Mortgage ") dated March 27 1992,
<br />executed by Donald F. Haller and Carolyn I. Haller, husband and wife. to James R. Ganz. Jr., as
<br />Trustee for The Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States, and recorded on
<br />April 2. 1992 in the office of the Recording Officer of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document
<br />Number 92- 102763, as affected by a Modification Agreement dated August 31 1998 and
<br />recorded on November 20. 1996 in the office of the Recording Officer of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as Document Number 98- 111458, together with all right, title, and interest to the property
<br />described in said Mortgage and together with the promissory note therein described and the
<br />money due or to become due thereon with interest and any other collateral documents securing
<br />said note.
<br />The mortgaged property is described as follows:
