Jr., as <br />Trustee for The Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States, and recorded on <br />April 2. 1992 in the office of the Recording Officer of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document <br />Number 92- 102763, as affected by a Modification Agreement dated August 31 1998 and <br />recorded on November 20. 1996 in the office of the Recording Officer of Hall County, Nebraska <br />as Document Number 98- 111458, together with all right, title, and interest to the property <br />described in said Mortgage and together with the promissory note therein described and the <br />money due or to become due thereon with interest and any other collateral documents securing <br />said note. <br />The mortgaged property is described as follows: <br />THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW %) OF SECTION EIGHTEEN (18H, <br />TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE TWELVE (12) WEST OF THE 6 " <br />P.
