<br />hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, and set over to U.S. Bank National Association as
<br />Custodian/Trustee, its successors and assigns, a certain mortgage, deed of trust, security
<br />deed, act of mortgage, trust deed or similar instrument ( "Mortgage ") dated May 19. 1999,
<br />executed by Roland Engel a /k/a Roland R. Engel and Sandra Engel a /k/a Sandra E Engel
<br />a /k /a Sandy Engel husband and wife. to Jim Ganz. Jr., as Trustee for The Equitable Life
<br />Assurance Society of the United States, and recorded on May 20 1999 in the office of the
<br />Recording Officer of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document Number 99-105193, and rerecorded
<br />on August 17. 1999 in the office of the Recording Officer of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Document Number 99- 108284, together with all right, title, and interest to the property described
<br />in said Mortgage and together with the promissory note therein described and the money due or
<br />to become due thereon with interest and any other collateral documents securing said note.
<br />The mortgaged property is described as follows:

<br />COUNTY. NEBRASKA.
