Jr., as Trustee for The Equitable Life <br />Assurance Society of the United States, and recorded on May 20 1999 in the office of the <br />Recording Officer of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document Number 99-105193, and rerecorded <br />on August 17. 1999 in the office of the Recording Officer of Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />Document Number 99- 108284, together with all right, title, and interest to the property described <br />in said Mortgage and together with the promissory note therein described and the money due or <br />to become due thereon with interest and any other collateral documents securing said note. <br />The mortgaged property is described as follows: <br />NW V4 SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP ION, RANGE 11 W OF 6'H p.M.
