<br />hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, and set over to U.S. Bank National Association as
<br />Custodian/Trustee, its successors and assigns, a certain mortgage, deed of trust, security
<br />deed, act of mortgage, trust deed or similar instrument ( "Mortgage ") dated December 21 1995,
<br />executed by Larry M Harrenstein and Donna J. Harrenstein. husband and wife. to Charles W.
<br />Hasid, as Trustee for The Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States, and
<br />recorded on December 22 1995 in the office of the Recording Officer of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />as Document Number 95- 108772, together with all right, title, and interest to the property
<br />described in said Mortgage and together with the promissory note therein described and the
<br />money due or to become due thereon with interest and any other collateral documents securing
<br />said note.
<br />The mortgaged property is described as follows.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto U.S. Bank National Association as
