<br />husband and wife and David Haller, to James R. Ganz Jr., as Trustee for The Equitable Life
<br />Assurance Society of the United States, and recorded on April 16. 1996 in the office of the
<br />Recording Officer of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document Number 96- 102827, as corrected by
<br />a Corrective Deed of Trust, executed by Donald F. Haller, a /k /a Donald Haller and Carolyn 1.
<br />Haller, a /k /a Carolyn Haller, husband and wife and Daniel Haller, recorded on December 24
<br />1996 in the office of the Recording Officer of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document Number 96-
<br />109996, as affected by a Modification Agreement dated August 31. 1998 and recorded on
<br />November 20 1998 in the office of the Recording Officer of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Document Number 98- 111457, together with all right, title, and interest to the property described
<br />in said Mortgage and together with the promissory note therein described and the money due or
<br />to become due thereon with interest and any other collateral documents securing said note.
