ASSIGNMENT OF NEBRASKA DEED OF TRUST AND SECURITY AGREEMENT <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: The Equitable Life Assurance Society of <br />the United States, a New York corporation (whose principal office and mailing address is 1290 <br />Avenue of the Americas, New York, New York 10104), in consideration of $10.00 and other <br />valuable consideration paid by U.S. Bank National Association as Custodian/Trustee (whose <br />mailing address is c/o Lend Lease Agri- Business, Inc., 12747 Olive Boulevard, Suite 350, P.O. <br />Box 411995, St. Louis, Missouri 63141), the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does <br />hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, and set over to U.S. Bank National Association as <br />Custodian/Trustee, its successors and assigns, a certain mortgage, deed of trust, security <br />deed, act of mortgage, trust deed or similar instrument ( "Mortgage ") dated December 28. 1992, <br />executed by Frederic M. Wiseman and Lorraine E.
