FULL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS <br />G <br />O <br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Allen E. Bales, a <br />single person, Trustor to Arend R. Baack, Attorney, Trustee for the benefit of Home Federal <br />Savings and Loan Assn of Grand Island, Beneficiary, and recorded in the office of the Register <br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on December 12, 2000, as Instrument Number 200010776, <br />has been paid. <br />WHEREAS, said Beneficiary, Home Federal Savings and Loan Assn of Grand Island, on <br />or about December 8, 2000, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of <br />Trust to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. The Assignment was recorded December 12, 2000, <br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 200010777. <br />WHEREAS, Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, on or about December 22, <br />2000, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Mortgage <br />Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. The Assignment was recorded May 8, 2001, in the office <br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 200104233. <br />WHEREAS, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Beneficiary, on or about <br />June 6, 2002, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to <br />Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. The Assignment was recorded in the office of the Register <br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />WHEREAS, Camille R. Hawk, Attorney at Law has been appointed Successor Trustee, <br />pursuant to a Substitution of Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />WHEREAS, said current Beneficiary, Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc., has requested <br />that the Full Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the <br />request of the current Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned Successor Trustee does by <br />these presents grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the <br />interest and estate granted to said Successor Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the <br />following described premises only: <br />Fractional Lots One (1) and Two (2), in Fractional Block Three <br />(3), in Gilbert's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska <br />Dated: JV41 3 ;; ,)mr)- Camille R.
