<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />SANDRA S DAWSON, A SINGLE PERSON
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated MAY 9. 2001 and recorded MAY 17, 2001 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document #0200104600
<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyanee be
<br />executed and delivered;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises:

<br />SUBDIVISION OF THE SE l44 SW '/4 OF SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 11, RANGE 9 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA, ALSO DESCRIBED AS 1010 WEST FIRST STREET, GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, MORE PARTICULARLY
<br />DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT A POINT ON THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 2, 118 FEET
<br />EASTERLY FROM ITS NORTHWEST CORNER, RUNNING THENCE SOUTHERLY, PARALLEL TO THE WESTERLY LINE
<br />OF SAID LOT 2, AND ALSO PARALLEL TO THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID BLOCK 120,132 FEET TO A POINT ON THE
<br />SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 6, WHICH IS 14 FEET WESTERLY FROM ITS SOUTHEAST CORNER THENCE
<br />EASTERLY 64 FEET ALONG THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF LOTS 6 AND 7, THENCE NORTHERLY PARALLEL TO AND
<br />SIXTEEN FEET WESTERLY FROM THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 7,132 FEET TO THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID
<br />LOT 7, THENCE WESTERLY 64 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING, BEING A RECTANGULAR PIECE OF GROUND
<br />HAVING FRONTAGE OF 64 FEET ON FIRST STREET AND 132 FEET DEEP.
<br />.together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
