Wetzel, of the City of Grand Island, County <br />of Hall, State of Nebraska, as trustee under the trust deed dated May 6, 1988, executed <br />by Darrell G. and Lucille A. Weber as trustor, in which Thomas L. and Verna M. Flinn is <br />named as beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and recorded as Instrument No. 88- <br />102308 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, has <br />received from Thomas L. and Verna M. Flinn the beneficiary thereunder, a written request <br />to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed have been fully paid and that <br />such trust deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, <br />as trustee, for cancellation; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such <br />trust deed, the undersigned, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the <br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely, Darrell G. and Lucille A. Weber the estate now <br />held by it thereunder, to wit: <br />Lot Eight (8) in Block Two (2) in Dale Roush Second Subdivision <br />situated in part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E1 /2SW1 /4) of <br />Section Fourteen (14), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of <br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />In witness whereof, the undersigned has executed this deed of reconveyance at <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, on June 28, 2002. <br />1 <br />S. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />ss: <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />On this 28th day of June, 2002, before me, a Notary Public, duly commissioned, qualified <br />for and residing in said County, personally came Arthur S.
