TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated AUGUST 18, 2000 and recorded AUGUST 22, 2000 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document #0200006819
<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered; ALSO RELEASING DEED OF TRUST MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
<br />DATED MAY 10, 2001 AND RECORDED MAY 14, 2001 AS DOCUMENT # 0200104411;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
