Grand Island, <br />Hall County the centerline of the casement and right -of -way being more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />Commencing at a point Seventy (70.0) feet South and Thirty -Three (33 0) feet <br />Fast of the Northwest comer of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section <br />Fourteen (14), Township Eleven (Iq, North, Range Nine (9) West: thence <br />easterly parallel to the northerly line of said Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) a <br />distance of One Thousand Nine hundred Thirty -Seven and Five'fenths (1,937.5) <br />feet; thence southerly parallel to the westerly line of said Southwest Quarter (SW <br />1/4) a distance of Four Hundred Sixty -Nine (469.0) feet to the actual point of <br />beginning; thence dcflccting left 84 °32'09" and running southeasterly to a point <br />One hundred (100.0) feet west of the easterly line of said Southwest Quarter (SW <br />1/4). <br />I lie above described easements and right -of -wavy' containing a combined total of 4.2 <br />acres more or less are shown on Exhibit "A" dated 01/04/95. attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by this reference. <br />The City of Grand Island shall have unrestricted ingress and egress to the abovc- <br />described easements and right -of -ways for any purpose necessary for the surveying, <br />construction, inspection, maintenance. repair, replacement, relocation, extension removal, <br />and operation of such utilities and appurtenances.
