THAT WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by THOMAS R. YOUNG, a single person, to THE STATE BANK
<br />OF CAIRO, Trustee, for the benefit of THE STATE BANK OF CAIRO, a
<br />Nebraska Banking Corporation, the Beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated February 22, 2000, and recorded February 29, 2000 in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Document No. 200001622, has been paid in part, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Partial
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
<br />endorsement below;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such partial payment
<br />and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents and
<br />without warranty grant, remise, release and reconvey to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the
<br />following- described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />Lot 1, Double RS Subdivision, Ball County, Nebraska.
<br />It being the intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged
<br />from said Deed of Trust and that the rest of the land described
<br />therein remain as heretofore, and that said Deed of Trust remain
<br />in full force and effect as to said property according to the
<br />terms thereof and without impairment, together with all
<br />buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to
<br />such premises, all as specifically set forth in said Deed of
<br />Trust.
