SHOVLAIN, Husband and <br />Wife, (Grantors), in consideration of One Dollar and Other Valuable Consideration ($1.00 <br />OVC), received from the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a Municipal Corporation, <br />(Grantee), receipt of which is acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to the <br />Grantee, a permanent and perpetual easement and right -of -way for public access including the <br />rights of ingress and egress, on the following described tract of real estate: <br />The North Sixteen Feet (16') of Lot Two (2), Shovlain Subdivision, <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />to have and hold, said easement unto the Grantee and its successors and assigns forever.
