h� INGRESS/EGRESS EASEMENT The undersigned, GARY E. SHOVLAIN and LINDA D. SHOVLAIN, Husband and Wife, (Grantors), in consideration of One Dollar and Other Valuable Consideration ($1.00 OVC), received from the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a Municipal Corporation, (Grantee), receipt of which is acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to the Grantee, a permanent and perpetual easement and right -of -way for public access including the rights of ingress and egress, on the following described tract of real estate: The North Sixteen Feet (16') of Lot Two (2), Shovlain Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. to have and hold, said easement unto the Grantee and its successors and assigns forever. The Grantors do hereby Covenant with the Grantee and its successor and assigns of the Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free from encumbrances except those of record, and that the Grantors have good right and lawful authority to convey this easement.
