<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated June 10, 1999, recorded as Document #99- 105966 in the
<br />Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 11th day of June, 1999, executed by Jerry Rapp
<br />Sr. and Joan Rapp , husband and wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is
<br />named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-wit-
<br />Lot Nineteen (19), in Block One (1), Blain Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated June 10, 1999, and recorded as
<br />Documents 99- 105966 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect
<br />as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 26th day of June, 2002.
