<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall 
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated April 22, 1997, recorded as Document #97- 103009 in the 
<br />Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 23rd day of April, 1997, and the Modification of 
<br />Deed of Trust dated April 18, 2000, recorded as Document #0200003264 in the Register of Deeds Office of CSC 
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on the 24'" day of April, 2000, executed by Jerry Rapp Sr. and Joan Rapp, husband 
<br />and wife, AND Jerry Rapp Jr. and Tammy Rapp, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank 
<br />of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was. ° 
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the 
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled 
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit: 
<br />Lot Nineteen (19), in Block One (1), Blain Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. 
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated April 22, 1997 and the Modification 
<br />of Deed of Trust dated April 18, 2000, and recorded as Documents 97- 103009 and 0200003264 in the 
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect as to all real estate not 
<br />herein reconveyed. 
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand 
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 26th day of June, 2002.
