<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust James L. Brodhagen and Cathy
<br />Brodhage _ HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the
<br />beneficiary named therein, dated June 24, 1999 and recorded July 9, 1999 in the Office of the
<br />Register ister of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 99106896 has been paid,
<br />and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />LOT SEVEN (7) IN WESTROAD5 ESTATE, FORTH (4TH) SUBDIVISION IN HALL
<br />COUNTY
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
