<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Decd of Trust executed by REIS
<br />CONSTRUCTION INC. to FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, SS
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of REED AND REED, INC., the beneficiary named therein, dated Q
<br />February 13, 2002 and recorded February 14, 2002 in the Register of Deeds Office of HALL
<br />County, Nebraska as Document No. 200201797, and has been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
