DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY is the Trustee under a Deed
<br />of Trust dated NOVEMBER 18, 1998, executed by THOMAS C. MYERS AKA TOM MYERS AND
<br />KAY MYERS, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, for the benefit of THE PLATTE VALLEY
<br />STATE BANK 6 TRUST COMPANY, which Deed of Trust was recorded NOVEMBER 30, 1998
<br />as Instrument No. 98- 111677, in Book No. - - -, at Page No. - -- in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA;
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, HOMESIDE LENDING, INC., has requested a
<br />reconveyance of the trust property to the person or person entitled thereto;

<br />undersigned as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
