TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS <br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by <br />ROCKY M SALPAS, A/K/A/ ROCKY SALPAS, AND STACEY L SMITH A/K/A \- <br />STACEY SMITH, EACH A SINGLE PERSON <br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND <br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, <br />dated DECEMBER 19, 2001 and recorded DECEMBER 20, 2001 in the Office of the HALL <br />COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document <br />#0200113143 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of <br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the <br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, <br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to <br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such <br />premises: <br />LOT FORTY EIGHT (48) AND LOT FORTY NINE (49) ARGO FOURTH SUBDIVISION, <br />VILLAGE OF ALDA, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises. <br />Dated this 21st day of June , 2002 <br />ztj�� <br />Trustee: Arend R.
