(C) "Lender" is WELLS FARGO BANK.NEBRASKA, N:irION aLL ASSOCIATION. <br />Lender is a NATIONAL ASSGCFAT ON <br />organized and existing under the laws of <br />THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA_ <br />Lender's address is 303 W 3rd Street, Grand Island, NE 68801. <br />Lender is the beneficirry under this Security Instrument. <br />(D) "Trustee" is WELLS FARGO BANK NEBRASKA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION <br />(E) "dote" means the prom ^ssory note signed by Borrower and dated May 31, 2002. The Note states that <br />Borrower owes Lender ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND and 00/100 Dollars (U.S. $100,000.00) plus interest. <br />Borrower has promised to pay this debt in regular Periodic Payments and to pay the debt in full not later than <br />May 31, 2032. This Security Instrument secures 150° 0 of the amount of the Note. <br />(F) "Property" means the property that is described below under the heading "Transfer of Rights in the <br />Property." <br />(C,) "Loan" means the debt evidenced oy the Note, plus interest, my prepayment charges and late charges due <br />under the Note, and all sums due under thus Security Instrument, plus interest. <br />(H) "Riders" means all riders to this Security Instrument that are executed by Borrower.
