<br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Adams County Bank as Beneficiary
<br />under the Deed of Trust executed by Randal Suck & Barnara A. Suck, Husband and
<br />Wife as Trustor(s) to Adams County Bank as Trustee for the Benefit of the Beneficiary,
<br />dated as of May 3, 2000, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska as Instrument No., 200004253, has requested that this Deed of Partial
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without
<br />warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim
<br />acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following described
<br />premises:

<br />59'34 "E (assumed bearing) along the South line of said Southeast Quarter SE 1/4) a
<br />distance of 449.28 feet to the East line of Deman Road and PLACE OF BEGINNING;
<br />thence continuing S89 59'34 "E along said south line a
<br />distance of 864.91 feet to the Southeast Corner of the Southwest Quarter (SWl /4) of
<br />the Southeast Quarter (SEl /4 ) of said Section Twenty -four (24);thence N00 39'27 "W
<br />a distance of 1076.82 feet to the East line of Denman Road; thence S38 °17'26 "W
<br />along said East line a distance of 1304.88 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to
<br />the Northwest subtended by a radius of 1164.82 Feet; thence along said curve to the
<br />chord of which bears S39 58'22 "W an arc distance of 68.48 Feet to the PLACE OF
<br />BEGINNING.
<br />Provided that the remainder of the land described in the Deed of Trust, together with all
<br />buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to the remaining land,
<br />shall remain subject to the Deed of Trust.
