RANDAL SUCK and BARBARA SUCK, Husband and Wife, GRANTORS, in <br />consideration of One and 00 /100 (S 1.00) DOLLAR and other valuable consideration received <br />from GRANTEES, convey to GRANTEES, MATTHEW R. JACKMAN and LADONNA M. <br />JACKMAN, Husband and Wife, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, and not as tenants in <br />common, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
