ENUMEM <br />inspection, repair, replacement, removal, and maintenance of such utilities. Any such utilities and <br />appurtenances placed upon, over, and under such tracts of land shall remain the property of the <br />Grantee and may be removed or replaced at any time. <br />Permanent easements located in Lot 8 of Meadowlark West Fourth Subdivision, City <br />of Grand Island, in the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 13, Township 11 <br />North, Range 10 West of the 6s' Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />Tract No. 1: <br />Referring to the Southeast comer of Lot 8, Meadowlark West Fourth Subdivision; <br />thence North 89 degrees 51 minutes 18 seconds West for a distance of 402.76 feet <br />along the South line of Lot 8, Meadowlark West Fourth Subdivision to the West edge <br />of an existing 30.00 foot utility easement and Point of Beginning; thence North 00 <br />degrees 07 minutes 16 seconds East, along the West edge of an existing 30.00 foot <br />utility easement, for a distance of 114.37 feet to the South line of an existing 30.00 <br />foot utility easement, thence North 89 degrees 51 minutes 18 seconds West, along the <br />South line of an existing 30.00 foot utility easement, for a distance of 33.00 feet; <br />thence South 00 degrees 07 minutes 16 seconds West for a distance of 114.37 feet to <br />the South line of Lot 8, Meadowlark West Fourth Subdivision; thence South 89 <br />degrees 51 minutes 18 seconds East, along the South line of Lot 8, Meadowlark West <br />Fourth Subdivision, for a distance of 33.00 feet to the Point of Beginning containing <br />3, 774.16 square feet or 0.09 acres, more or less, being the land for which a permanent <br />easement is hereby acquired. <br />Tract No. 2 <br />Referring to the Southeast corner of Lot 8, Meadowlark West Fourth Subdivision; <br />thence North 89 degrees 51 minutes 18 seconds West for a distance of 402.76 feet <br />along the South line of Lot 8, Meadowlark West Fourth Subdivision to the West edge <br />of an existing 30.00 foot utility easement; thence North 00 degrees 07 minutes 16 <br />seconds East, along the West edge of an existing 30.00 foot utility easement,. for a <br />distance of 144.37 feet to the North line of an existing 30.00 foot utility easement; <br />thence North 89 degrees 51 minutes 18 seconds West, along the North line of an <br />existing 30.00 foot utility easement, for a distance of 12.80 feet to the Point of <br />Beginning; thence North 00 degrees 08 minutes 42 seconds East for a distance of <br />425.93 feet; thence South 89 degrees 51 minutes 18 seconds East for adistance of <br />26.08 feet to the West line of an existing 20.00 foot utility easement; thence North 00 <br />
