You are hereby notified that Dwight Livingston, a single man, as Trustor, did on or about December <br />23, 1998, make, execute and deliver unto Ticor Title Insurance Company, 'I rustee, a Deed of Trust wherein <br />said Truster conveyed the following- described real property: <br />Lot One (1), Baker's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Truster obtained from Mountain West Financial. Inc.. <br />Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on December 31, 1998, in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 98-113012. <br />On or about December 23, 1998, Mountain West Financial, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its <br />right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The <br />Assignment was recorded December 31, 1998, in the office of the Register of Deeds of IlalI County, <br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 98- 113013. <br />Camille R.
