(Case No. GG-01 - 10662). and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned as <br />Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and re- convey to the person or persons entitled <br />thereto all the interest and estate, derived to the Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the property <br />described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, <br />This reconveyance is intended to affect only the properly described on the attached Exhibit "A ". <br />This occonveyance does not affect any rights with respect to any property not described on the attached <br />Exhibit "A ".
