<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by LARRY M
<br />CARMANN AND MARCIAL CARMANN HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated _AjX 13. 1999 and
<br />recorded SEPTEMBER 15.1999 in the office of the Register of Deeds of IWI County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instmmenl 99109133 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />LOT TEN (10) AND THE EAST EIGHT FEET I OF LOT NINE (9) BLOCK FIFTY (50)
<br />CHARLES WASMER'S THIRD ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, FALL

<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
