Donald D. Engle, a single person, herein called the GRANTOR,
<br />whether one or more, in order to transfer into trust, does
<br />quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Donald D.
<br />Engle, Trustee of the Donald D. Engle Revocable Trust dated June
<br />13, 2002, herein called the GRANTEE, whether one or more, the

<br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point

<br />distance of Eighty Feet (80'), thence Easterly and
