<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by -
<br />S'fEWART . HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Haack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the
<br />beneficiary named therein, dated FEBRUARY 18. 1999 and recorded _MARCH 3
<br />1999 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 99-
<br />102286 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary narned therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />LOT TWO (2), BLOCK THREE (3), COLONIAL ESTATES SUBDIVISION, CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
