<br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />The undersigned, Are R. Baack, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated March 6,
<br />1998, wherein Mark E. Roland and Susan C. Roland, Husband and Wife, were the Trustors,
<br />which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />March 11, 1998, as Document No. 98- 102184 of the Hall County Register of Deeds Record
<br />Books, which contains as trust property, the following- described real estate:
<br />The North One Hundred Twenty -Five (N125') Feet of Lot Twenty -Eight (28),
<br />Block Four (4), Replat of Riverside Acres, City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and easements,
<br />appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and
<br />additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property ", hereby gives
<br />notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that the said Trustors, Mark E. Roland and Susan
<br />C. Roland, Husband and Wife, have failed to make the payments of principal and interest due in
<br />respect to the Deed of Trust.
<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be
<br />sold the above real estate to satisfy the obligations of that certain Deed of Trust dated March 6,
<br />1998, owing from Trustors to the Beneficiary, Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of
<br />Grand Island, pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Trust referred to above which secures this
<br />obligation.
