<br />The undersigned is Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated July 28, 1994 and executed by Timothy J. Ackman as
<br />Trustor. Duane R Ackman and Annette J. Ackman, husband and wife are named in the Deed of Trust as beneficiary .
<br />The Deed of Trust is recorded at 94- 106571 of the Mortgage records in the office of the County Clerk/Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. The undersigned Trustee has received written request to reconvey from the
<br />Beneficiary .
<br />Therefore, in accordance with the request and the provisions of the Deed of Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee
<br />does hereby recouvey, without warranty, to the Trustor, all of the estate and interest derived to the undersigned under
<br />the Deed of Trust in the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />All of the westerly thirty -six feet (36') of the southerly eighty feet (80') of Lot Eight (8) and the easterly
<br />fourteen feet (14') of the southerly eighty feet (80') of Lot Seven (7) all being in Block thirty -six (36), in the
<br />Original Town, now city of Cuand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, platted and recorded, and making a
<br />rectangular tract of ground having a southerly frontage of fifty feet (50') on Fourth Street, with a depth of
<br />eighty feet (80'), all in Hall County, State of Nebraska
<br />In Witness, the Trustee has caused this Deed of Reconveyance to be ex ed on ,
