Jacobson, an Unmarried Person, ASSIGNORS, do hereby assign to FIVE POINTS BANK, <br />ASSIGNEE, as additional security for payment of a loan made to Assignors by Assignee in the amount of <br />$40,000.00, the Lease dated July 1, 1980, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and Assignors are the <br />Lessees, pertaining to the following- described premises: <br />Lot Eighteen (18) having a lake front footage of 78 feet, situated on the West side of the West portion of <br />Kuester's Lake, and being on a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4) in Section Thirteen <br />(13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of $40,000.00, with interest and according to the <br />provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of <br />said Lease will thereafter be null and void and of no further force nor effect. <br />Gli iZ/l <br />Gary R. 06cob s n <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA) <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />Before me, a Notary Public qualified in said County, personally came Gary R.
