<br />and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. The Assignment was
<br />recorded February 16, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 2001-01166.
<br />On or about June 21, 2001, Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its,
<br />right, title and beneficial interest in the Decd of Trust to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.
<br />("MFRS"). The Assignment was recorded July 9, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 2001 - 06688.
<br />On or about January 10, 2002, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. ( "MERS "),
<br />Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal
<br />Residential Mortgage, Inc. The Assignment was recorded January 24, 2002, in the office of the Rcgister
<br />of Deeds of Ball County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 2002- 00964.
<br />Camille R. Hawk, Attomey at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a
<br />Substitution of Trustee filed for record with the Rcgister of ^Deeds of His!! County, Nebraska.
<br />Hereinafter the Successor 'Ihtstee, Camille R. Hawk, Attorney at Law, will be rdcried to as
<br />GRANTOR.
<br />The GRANTOR in consideration of Eighty -Nine Thousand Fight Hundred Ninety -Three
<br />Dollars and No Cents ($89,893.00) and other valuable consideration received front Principal
<br />Residential Mortgage, Inc., hereinafter GRANTEE, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto GRANTEE the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Three (3), Capital Heights Seventh Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />To have and to hold the above - described premises together with all tenements, hcreditantents and
<br />appurtenances thereto belonging unto the GRANTEE, and to the GRANTEE'S successors and assigns
<br />forever.
<br />GRANTOR does hereby covenant with the GRANTEE and with the GRANTEE'S successors
<br />and osslgns'.
<br />(1) That Daniel G. Sloan and Pamela J. Sloan, as husband and wife, as Trustors, failed to pay
<br />the Beneficiary payments which were contractually due, and the GRANTOR, at the request of the
<br />Bcneticiary, elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with interest thereon, at once
<br />immediately duc and payable.
<br />(2) That a Notice of Default was recorded by GRANTOR on March 4, 2002, as Instrument
<br />No. 2002 - 02409, in the records of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska. Within ten (10) days
<br />tlicicafier, a copy of the recorded Notice of Default was mailed by certified mail, postage prepaid, to all
