WARRANTY DEED 200206091 <br />LESLIE L. SCHOLZ and SUSAN K. SCHOLZ, husband and wife, Grantors, in consideration <br />of the sum of TEN DOLLARS AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, <br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, convey to AARON L. SCHOLZ, Grantee, as the following <br />described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Sec. 76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />One (1) Acre of Ground in Square Form Lying about Twenty (20) Rods from the <br />Northeast Corner of Section Eleven (11), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten <br />(10) West of the 6th P.M., said One (1) Acre having a North Front on the North Line <br />of said Section and being the Identical Tract Reconveyed by Deed Recorded in Book <br />159, Page 475 of the Deed Records of this County. <br />Grantors covenant with the Grantee that Grantors: <br />Are lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances except <br />easements, covenants, and restrictions of record; <br />2. has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; and <br />warrants and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all <br />persons. <br />DATED this --a day of ] qn,1 , 2002. <br />LESLIE L.
