<br />QUITCLAIM DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY 'THESE PRESENTS, that THE BURLINGTON
<br />NORTHERN AND SANTA FE RAILWAY COMPANY, a Delaware corporation, (formerly
<br />Burlington Northern Railroad Company), of 2500 Lou Menk Drive, Fort Worth, Texas 76131-
<br />2830, hereinafter called "Grantor ", for Ten and No /100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
<br />valuable consideration, to it duly paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted,
<br />conveyed, remised, released and quitclaimed, and by these presents does grant, convey, remise,
<br />release and forever quitclaim without any covenants of warranty whatsoever and without
<br />recourse to the Grantor, its successors and assigns, unto AGRILIANCE, LLC, a Delaware
<br />limited liability company, of P.O. Box 64089, St. Paul, Minnesota 55164 -0089, hereinafter called
<br />"Grantee ", and to its successors and assigns forever, all its right, title, interest, estate, claim and
<br />demand, if any, both at law and in equity of, in and to that certain strip or parcel of land
<br />(exclusive of any improvements thereon), subject, however, to all existing interests, including but
<br />not limited to all reservations, rights -of -way and easements of record or otherwise, located in
<br />County of IIall, State of Nebraska, hereinafter called "Property ", more particularly described as
<br />follows:
<br />That portion of Fractional Section 19 and a portion of the SW' /,NW' />SW' /< of
<br />Section 20, all in Township I I North, Range 9 West of the Sixth Principal
<br />Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, described as follows, to -wit:
<br />Beginning at a point on the West line of said Fractional Section 19 distant 891.75
<br />feet South of the South right of way line of West Second Street extended, said
<br />point being on the Northerly right of way line of the fortner Chicago, Burlington
<br />& Quincy Railroad Company; thence Easterly along said Northerly right of way
<br />line, and along the Southerly boundary of Bachman & Lester Subdivision, a
<br />distance of 540.0 feet; thence South at right angles to the last described course
<br />37.5 feet; thence West parallel with said Railroad Company's Northerly right of
<br />way line 540 feet, more or less, to the West line of said Fractional Section 19;
<br />thence North along said West line to the Point of Beginning.
