<br />Minnesota corporation, pursuant to Articles of Merger filed July 26, 2000 with the Minnesota
<br />Secretary of State, herein called the GRANTOR, whether one or more, in consideration of One
<br />Dollar ($I) and other good and valuable consideration received from GRAN'rEF., do hereby b
<br />grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto SEC ACCOMMODATOR IX, LLC, a Nebraska
<br />limited liability company, herein called the GRANTEE, the following described real property in

<br />To have and to hold the above - described premises together with all tenements, hereditarnents and
<br />appurtenances thereto belonging unto the GRANTEE and to GRANTEE'S heirs and assigns

<br />And GRANTOR does hereby covenant with the GRANTEE and with GRANTEE'S heirs
<br />and assigns that GRANTOR is lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from
<br />encumbrance, except those easements, restrictions and covenants of record.
