Stehlik <br />Attorney at Law ( #15621) <br />P.O. Box 609 <br />3303 West 12`" Street <br />Hastings, NE 68902 <br />Beneficiary: Grand West, LLC <br />P.O. Box 609 <br />3303 West 12'h Street <br />Hastings, NE 68902 <br />Consideration: Promissory Note given by Trustor to Beneficiary for <br />$27,900.00 dated May -,� I , 2002 <br />Trustor, in consideration of the sum of $27,900.00, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, conveys to Trustee, in trust, with power of sale all of Lot 34 Grand West <br />Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska (the "Property"), <br />covenants that Trustor is lawfully seised of such Property and that it is <br />free from encumbran , ct, however, to a certain Trust Deed dated May �, 2002 <br />( given by Trustor to Trustee for the benefit of <br />and special assessments e date hereof and to existing <br />easements or restrictions of use or of record; Trustor covenants stor has legal <br />power and lawful authority to execute this Trust Deed; and Trustor warrants <br />defend title to the Property against the lawful claims of all persons. <br />Trustor and Beneficiaries covenant and agree as follows: <br />Payment of Note. Trustor shall promptly pay when due the principal of and <br />interest on the debt evidenced by the Trust Deed and Promissory Note of even <br />date herewith together with all sums advanced by Beneficiary to protect the <br />Property, with interest thereon at the default rate provided in the Promissory Note. <br />2. Taxes & Assessments. Trustor will pay all real estate taxes levied on the <br />Property, including any tax levied on the debt secured hereby, when they become <br />due and before they become delinquent. Beneficiary shall pay installments of <br />special assessments assessed as of the date of this Trust Deed when due. <br />
